How do I make a return or cancel an order? [Top]

All returns, refunds and exchanges must be completed within 60 days from the order date.  Custom products can not be returned.  Only stock products will be accepted within 60 days. Any garment ordered and not embellished will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Freight charges will not be refunded and must be paid by the customer. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA#) number which can be obtained from a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-766-0448. Any work started will be invoiced and billed.


What are your office hours? [Top]

Customer Service is located in our Miami, Florida office and are available from 8:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. Voicemail messages can be left during all other hours and a Customer Service Representative will return your call the next business day.


What are your timelines for delivery? [Top]

At World Emblem, we have a 95% On Time Delivery (OTP) schedule, something we are proud of and strictly adhere to. The following times are business days do not include shipping.

Turn-around times may vary depending on the quantity ordered.  Production times begin once camera ready artwork is submitted, an account has been established, a purchase order has been received and a sample has been approved by the client.

What payment methods are accepted? [Top]

World Emblem accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. To apply for an account with World Emblem, please contact World Emblem Customer Service at 1-800-766-0448.


What shipping methods are available? [Top]

World Emblem ships via U.P.S. and Fed Ex, and is capable of using most light truck carriers. To arrange special shipments, please call a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-766-0448.


Why did I receive more emblems than I ordered? [Top]

World Emblem tries to produce your order in the exact quantities specified, but it is not always possible. We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 10% over or under the desired quantity.
